We apply our professional expertise to the benefit of defendants and victims. We defend and advise clients, particularly in cases involving property crimes (e.g., fraud, Section 263 of the German Criminal Code, and breach of trust, Section 266 of the German Criminal Code), among others. As a rule, criminal proceedings represent a significant disruption for the accused and their family. The necessary sensitivity is a given. For us, the accused is not merely a case file, but a person. We offer representation and advice both in the main proceedings and as a co-plaintiff, as well as on all matters relating to the enforcement of sentences. Visits to correctional facilities are a matter of course for us.
