Lawyer, tax advisor, specialist lawyer for tax law, specialist lawyer for criminal law, Certified Advisor for Crypto Assets and Taxes (wire) Andreas Mainczyk was born in 1963 in Cologne. Since 2001, he has been an independent lawyer and tax advisor. From the beginning, tax criminal law, economic criminal law (with all related areas), and general asset criminal law have been the focus of his work. This also applies to fiscal court proceedings. Consultation and representation for crypto assets has been provided for about 10 years, which culminated in the latter-mentioned qualification. The law firm has been in existence for over 25 years. Memberships: Cologne Bar Association, Cologne Chamber of Tax Advisors, Cologne Lawyers' Association, Bonn Lawyers' Association, German Association of Tax Advisors, German Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and German Lawyers' Association.

What are the consequences for the client if the lawyer and the tax advisor are two different people. Important information gets lost on the way from the tax advisor or vice versa, or is not recognized as such. This is counterproductive for the client. Being able to provide services from a single source is very important and is reflected in the outcome.
The consultation and representation take place both out of court and in court before all courts as well as authorities, primarily in the Rhineland and at federal courts. Mandatory and voluntary defenses are undertaken. With many years of negotiation experience behind us, we know how to utilize the legal and procedural options to enforce the interests of our clients.
